Every ticket.One door.

Eventbrite, Universe, guest list, walk-ups, and your own checkout. One scanner reads all of them.

Five ways a ticket gets sold. One list at the door.

  • Guest listbuilt in the app
  • Walk-upentered at the door

Every order keeps its source, so you always know which platform the money came through. So does your accountant.

What one list looks like

Sample orders, not live data. Search them, or pick a source, and watch five platforms behave like one list.

Seven invented orders, here to show how the sources sit together. Your real ones live in your account.

The front of a queue at a barrier at night, one guest holding a phone out and another having a wristband fastened, under a red door light.

The door

One scanner. Every source. No signal required.

The organizer app reads QR tickets from every platform you sell on. Scan with the venue wifi down and it syncs the moment the connection comes back.

  • Multi-door sessions
  • Guest lists and comps

How a night runs on Fervo.

Connect your sources

Point Eventbrite and Universe at Fervo. Orders land in one list, the ones already sold and the ones still coming.

Sell on your own link

Native checkout runs on Stripe. The buyer pays, the QR ticket arrives in their email straight away.

Work the door

One scanner for every source, including the guest list and the people who turn up at midnight with cash.

Get paid direct

Stripe Connect settles to your own Stripe account. Fervo never holds your money.

Selling on Fervo.

Close crop of two hands holding a phone on a street at night, the screen glowing, a thumb mid-tap.

Native checkout

Stripe Payment Element on a link you own. Cards and wallets, in the Instagram or WhatsApp browser, with no account to create first.

Payouts go straight to you

Destination charges on Stripe Connect. Ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account, on your own payout schedule, under your own name.

Stripe

Refunds and the policy behind them

Refunds run through Stripe against the original charge, so the money goes back the way it came. The refund policy the buyer accepted at checkout is versioned and stored with their order, which means you can always show which terms applied on which night.

A packed venue at night, arms raised, one phone held above the crowd with the screen glowing in blue and magenta stage haze.

One tap from your story. Ticket in their inbox.

Buy from a link

Instagram and WhatsApp in-app browsers are where your crowd already is. Checkout works there, with no app to install and no account to create.

Ticket by email

A QR code arrives as soon as the payment clears. Nothing to print, nothing to screenshot in a panic outside.

One scan

The door reads it once and the line keeps moving.

Built to be checked.

Money
Payments run on Stripe Connect destination charges. Funds settle to the organizer's own Stripe account, under the organizer's own name. Fervo never takes custody of ticket revenue.
Access
Sign in with a six digit code sent to your email. There is no password to share with door staff and nothing to rotate after a promoter leaves your team.
Legal
Fervo LLC publishes its terms, privacy policy, and refund policy. The exact policy version a buyer accepted at checkout is attached to their order, so a dispute is a lookup rather than an argument.
